ABSTRACTS SUBMISSIONS

1) Guidelines for preparing abstracts

• Maximum size : one A4 page 

• 2.5 cm or 1 inch margins

• Font type = Arial 

• Headings should be in bold, 14 point, CAPITAL letters

• Text Font size = 11 point

• Authors11 point font. Put surname first followed by initials. Please underline the presenting author.

• Please give the full address of the corresponding author after the heading, and a short address for other authors.  

• The Email address of the corresponding author should be included below the postal addresses.

• Diagrams and tables may be included but this is part of your one page limit.

If you prefer a poster presentation please indicate this in your registration form AND in the email when sending your abstract.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

1. Only PowerPoint presentations will be available

2. Please bring your presentation on a CD or USB memory stick. 

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Maximum poster dimensions should be no larger than 90 cm wide 110 cm long.
